History

The Red Deer Ramblers, founded in 1998, is a hiking club based in Central Alberta.  In 2023 our club changed to year round events to include snowshoeing as an activity and will host events throughout the year.

Our new membership year starts April 1st. As we are changing to a year round club this will be the membership year: April 1st - March 31st

Membership fees: $10 Individual, $20 Family

All members must sign the Annual  Waiver and must be a paid member before joining any event.

Membership is open to individuals who can hike at least 10 km in the mountains.  If you are interested in joining our club please follow the links above to read our Guidelines, print/sign our Waiver and signup to complete the Membership form.

All events will be posted on the Events Calendar, please follow the link above to our Events page.  Note: events may be added, deleted or modified on the calendar. There are occasional extended trips throughout the year

The coordinators for our scheduled events are volunteers, not professional guides
